So I've never blogged before. Not sure really why now, to be honest. I doubt that many (if any) folks will follow or read, but that's okay too. I have one sleeping puppy in my lap and another next to me in my big comfy chair in our office. I really should be working on a sweater I'm knitting for our Whippet, Zoey, but started exploring this whole blog thingy. I'm also going to get a sweater made for Xena, the Warrior Wiener Dog.
I also was reading through Rachael Ray's Big Orange Book and decided to cook my way through it. I guess I could blog about that, however, I don't want anyone to accuse me of copying the Julie/Julia project. I saw that movie, btw, and it was fantastic. I also bought the Julia Child's cookbook and am completely intimidated by it. Rachael Ray is the best and is really one of the reason I learned how to cook. I am also a fan of the Kraft Foods magazine, that always has some super easy, yummy recipes.
Guess that's it for now. Once I get set and start cooking, I'll update. I'll also update on my knitting projects too.
